Expanding my Xbox 360 game library on-the-cheap
Once again I am adding to my game library with Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six: Vegas. Total cost; around $15 from yourFree360Games.com. This time was a bit of a pain since my offers took nearly 3 weeks to report and only after a 2nd email into the guys at the site did my offers get credited. Typically, offers go complete within hours to a day or so (depending on the offer).
I was initially set on getting Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter 2, but since I didn’t complete the first game (still trudging through on Hard mode) and didn’t do much in the way of multiplayer, I opted to go with Rainbow Six as it came highly recommended by my pal Paul Thurrott.
I’m currently in for another two offers (about $16) to get Mass Effect, due out in September. I’m a sucker for great action RPGs.
After that, I still have enough b-day money to plunk my cash down for Halo 3, due this November.
Fun, fun, fun!
[UPDATE: 5.9.07]
Shortly after writing this both offers for Mass Effect went complete. So I have it coming once it’s released in September. Sweet!!
