I’ve been using Gmail for about three years and love it. The way it organizes and archives conversations is great, the email search function pulls up any archived info you need, plus it is really nice to have all of your contacts available to you wherever you log in.

I used to be an offline email client enthusiast, but I wouldn’t go back now.

Yeah.. I’ve tried everything. Work has a pretty sophisticated proxy / web blocker (it’s a company of over 13,000 with nearly 6,000 PCs). I’ll keep digging around, but I’m not holding my breath. It’s not a big deal.

Have you tried going to https://www.gmail.com??? I can not access gmail at work unless I use the https version of the url thingy. lol Just thought I would throw that out there for you to see if it helps.
